We had a great visit to blue seas Costa Bastian, lovely clean hotel. Could not fault the staff and our stay overall. The food was nice and we always found something to eat.Bar service good, inside and in the pool bar.A large array of sunbeds, I can't image having a problem getting one! Like some places. We had a fab 10 days here and would definitely visit again.

Been for a holiday for 7 days with my daughter and we been very disappointedThe food is really really bad. Made from frozen and the options are limited. I honestly didn’t eat something as bad as the food thereThe pasta was uncooked and the rice was dryThe vegetable tasteless and even the grill chicken was not properly cooked. I wouldn’t eat this food again not even free of charge !The hotel rooms were pretty dirty and we had just a socket in the room and one next to the bathroom. The blankets were thin and my daughter felt really cold every night. The pool side was acceptable and overall the people very nice and kind .. wouldn’t recommend and I will definitely not book again this hotel

Ignore all the negative reviews! This is a great hotel The choice of food is wonderful. The facilities are brilliant. It’s spotlessly clean We had a great time and would be happy to return
Roslyn Stevens
I absolutely love it here. rooms could do with updating a bit, and tea making facilities would be good, especially as we've paid all-inclusive... more toilets needed outside around the pool area, another bar would be good as well, water heated up a bit would be amazing!! It's not fair for the babies 😕 dinners. We're a little disappointing as they seemed to have the same food on offer, and it had no flavour, especially the chicken 😕 lift not working near my room which was a bit of a nightmare as I'm disabled
Ella McHale
Basic but clean rooms. Staff are lovely with an amazing pool and range of activities. Location is good, close to food places and three beaches. Food was a little repetitive but we had a great holiday and would highly recommend.

Rooms are big, clean and kitchen has what you need for self catering had a large balcony, staff where friendly, Down side it was infested with cockroaches at night we even had them in our room. It is not a hotel for a family or quiet holiday. While we where there over the 10 days we had 2 days with a kids spanish football team who took over the hotel very noisy till 1 in morning banging on our door waking our grandchild. Then 2 days later we had a gymnastic team around 30/40 including parents who took over the whole pull making holiday goes leave to the pool area and was so loud screaming ect we had to shut doors and windows. The walk into Costa teguise took about half hour there and the same back. I think they should advice people that this hotel is used more for locals not holiday makers
Rachael McCorriston
Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Very well equipped for self catering accommodation. Small but ample pool area. Nice bar which was unfortunately closed in the evening. Short walk to bars and shops. Beach near too. Would stay again
Joanna Różańska
We stayed for 3 nights in a back building. Studio had good size and room was clean. However, could be kept in a better condition (old furniture, destroyed walls). There was no shelf at all in a bathroom, so we had to keep all cosmetics on the floor :( Hotel has two small pools with sunbeds and a pool bar in front building. Between buildings there is a road, where you can park your rented car with no charge. We were welcomed with drink voucher from hotel bar which was quite nice (we used it on the last day :) Quite far away from Costa Teguise centre - about 25-30 min walk. Overall 3 of 5 stars, as it wasn't the best hotel we've ever stayed, but good for a quick trip, wouldn't be happy to stay there for a week or more.

Nice little apartment complex in a very quiet neighbourhood. Bit of a walk to bars and restaurants (15 minutes) but at the price it was good value. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable.
Gill McGregor
We had a lovely stay, except some woman thought it would be acceptable on the first day to hit my 4 year old child for soaking her with water when she was sitting at the main kids pool, if your looking for no kids in the kids pool area, go to an over 18s and stop moaning at children, absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Central location, easy to find, very clean and serviced regularly. Comfortable too. Doors and windows show a little weather wear-and-tear. Small swim pool just yards away. Short walk to lovely beach

Found this to be ideal place, pretty central to everything felt safe at all times clean and lovely cleaners. Pool ideal for young children. We were in block 2 which we understand has recently been refurbished.Would definitely recommend and will return

Just returned from our two week break at these apartments.Very central, 2 minute walk to the square and great restaurants.Located in block 2 room 216 - modern decorSmall pool but slightly heated a little over crowded at times.I will definitely return and I would definitely recommend.
Melanie Armstrong
Clean and fairly well-appointed apartment. Nice pool (we were in block 2 so it was the heated one). Friendly English speaking receptionists. Good central location, so can be a little noisy if you're in a street-facing apartment, mainly because of early morning deliveries rather than late night noise. Note that there is a 17 € charge for the safe if you want to use it; hairdryers are available for a 10 € charge, and pool towels are 1 € rental plus a 10 € deposit - both of which are well worth it if you don't want to lug these from home. We would stay here again.
Mama Gaynor
We stay here every Spring, spotlessly clean, rather basic apartment but comfortable beds & spacious apartment with essential kitchen equipment. Very clean pool & sun lounge areas. Friendly, helpful staff & ideal spot for local eateries & bars..we love it here @ Celeste & Costa Teguise.

The room was perfectly decent for me. No frills get what you pay for and the bar and all staff were excellent but the outside space on the bottom pool where my room was left a lot to be desired. As you can see from the photos provided plant pots and wall crevices jammed with cigarette buts and never cleaned or emptied while I was there and not enough sun loungers and what there was were mainly broken or in a state of disrepair . Also definitely could do with a lick of paint. All of which could be done quickly and cheaply and would make a lot of difference.
Angela Morris
Apartments were a good size & clean I would say more than 20 minute walk (for me ) there is a free bus at 11am & 4pm could be doing with more throughout the day. Ended up getting taxi started off 3 euros as week went on it got higher Espically at night.Some bar staff don’t speak good English bit of a wait to be served if they’re making food.Bit out the way for me but other than that good apartments.Water park just round corner but closed day we went {Wednesday}

Staying the 2nd week in February the hotel was quite quiet which suited myself. The studio apartment i had booked was on the top floor and had stunning views to the east and amazing sunsets from my balcony in the evening. The studio apartment was very spacious and came equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, Cooker, microwave, fridge and all cutlery, cooking utensils pots and pans, toaster and even a coffee machine. 2 singles beds and 2 comfy chairs. Television mounted on the wall with remote control. Lots of storage space for hanging your clothes. There are clothes washing facilities in the main building if you need them. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine although the hot water does not last for long if having a shower. The staff are pleasant and helpful if you need any assistance with anything. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs supplied. Facing west it was great for watching the amazing sunsets you get in Lanzarote.

Stayed here on the 14th March - 21stThe room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the pool, the cleaners always put fresh towels in the room everyday. The location was just right for me and my boyfriend, very quiet and not around the touristy part of costa teguise. Took about 10 minutes to walk to the supermarkets and restaurants, if you wanted to walk to the main part only takes about 20 minutes along the beach/seafront.Staff were lovely and helped us with all the information we needed about local markets/activities and busesWould recommend, brilliant value for money.

I want to thank one of the receptionist called Colm for his 6-star service I expereienced when I stayed from 17 -23 May 23. He gave me and my friend a lot of advice on where to rent bicycles, where to hike, where to swim, what tours to join. He is polite and kind. He speaks excellent English. He greet people with bright smiles.

Nice place, receptionist Daniella was amazing and offered great service as we requested a villa on ground floor and she sorted it out within minutes. The rooms are clean and its a very quiet place. pool is a bit to cold. Other than that nice its a nice place.

Me & my partner stayed for 5 nights & loved the stay from beginning to end! The whole complex is clean, well looked after & in good condition, the same applies for the apartment we stayed in. We stopped on a ground floor apartment & loved every second, so don't be put off by any "request an upper floor apartment" comments of which I saw a few when I was booking.Daniella & Natália on reception were both super friendly & amazingly helpful & supportive which made us feel all the more welcome knowing we had 2 friendly, helpful & easily approachable people in the reception! The apartments were cleaned often, seemed to be every couple of days while we stopping in the apartment from what I could tell, which was plenty. Also cleaned before arrival & after leaving. It's a literal 2 minute walk from the town centre, all the shops, attractions, restaurants & the beach of Costa Teguise so the location is absolutely perfect. There's a bus stop also within a 2 minute walk away with public busses to multiple locations on the island.Overall I could not speak highly enough or recommend stopping at El Guarapo when visiting Costa Teguise or Lanzarote! We will definitely be up for returning one day & would be delighted to stay here again in the future!
Briony Morley
Stayed last weekend and couldn't fault the place. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Added extra touches such as messages asking if pillows were comfortable make the difference between good and great. Apartments well equipped, clean, comfortable beds.Recommend booking if you require a quiet, relaxing break.
Ashley Leach
Our second visit will probably go again next year twenty minutes walk to the square and beaches ⛱️ we love this place would recommend to couples os families
Pauline Rice
We have recently spent a glorious ten days at El Guarapo, our first visit to Lanzarote. Our apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The surrounding gardens are lovely and well maintained. The apartments are in a quiet road but only a five minutes walk to Costa Teguise centre and large supermarket. My only reservation is the bolster style pillows which we didn't find comfortable, although to be fair we were given a couple of replacements but they were still the same type. If and when we return to Costa Teguise we will definitely stay at these apartments, even if we have to bring our own pillows!!

Just got back after 10 nights at this hotel.Highly recommended place for chilling out.Breakfast was reasonable. The pool was too cold, even after being in it a whileLocation is 15/ 20 minutes away from everything, but 4 euros in a taxi.Would definitely stay here again.Rooms are lovely, cleaners do a fab jobPictures are outside of our apartment

Terrible cold food shabby room definitely not did not get what I paid for when I was showed pictures in travel agents pictures off rooms were not in my package and the only one that was supposed to look like it was not what I got pool opens at 9.30 closes at 6 if you can get there entertainment after 10 or so get in you have to watch through patio door staff walking round tables at breakfast asking were you finished before you where and was cold anyway felt they wanted you out as soon as. Just used it as a stop over spent everyday away went with jet 2 on arrival were told to listen carefully to driver as they weren't coming with us little bit hard to understand driver so had to count the stops to be sure we were at are hotel. Said they would be around hotel to give advice on trips never seen one the whole week booked trips with reception. Got to see them again at airport on the way home just to say goodbye. Far from a package holiday won't get caught like that again

Lovely welcoming hotel staff very friendly. The entertainment guy "No Pressure" ! was great and tried hard to keeping us entertained which is not easy in April when hotel is quieter.Breakfast was great everything you would want to set you up for the day.Rooms are clean and spacious but a little tired in places but I'm not here to sit in my room so really doesn't bother me.Hotel is in a great location and within easy access to beach, shops and restaurantsWould definitely return here.

Had a lovely week 28/3-4/4 at Hotel Club Siroco. The room and grounds were scrupulously clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on a half board basis but also appreciated the facilities and space of having a one bedroom apartment. Love the way the apartments are angled so that the balconies aren't overlooking each other. The food was good although I do prefer to eat earlier than 7.30pm. Swimming pool and the location of the hotel was excellent. Looking forward to our next visit. Also, thank you for the champagne on my birthday.
Judith Cookson
Just stayed in a 2 bed apartment in the Club Siroco Apartments Serenity area for 1 week with my husband and a friend. This is a separate quieter area to this adults only apartment complex. The apartment was really spacious with 1 large twin bedroom and a smaller 2 bedded room. There was a walk in shower with hairdryer and a kitchen facility if you choose to self cater, including a toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. We stayed on a half board basis and enjoyed the food on offer, although the range seemed to be less than on our previous visits.Staff were really friendly and helpful as always. Our room was cleaned and looked after really well throughout our stay. The one down side is the lack of air conditioning for when it gets warmer - hence 4 rather than 5 stars.Once again thanks for a lovely holiday break!

I am here at the moment and I will never ever be back here. The one request we asked for was a quiet room and I have come back from an evening meal to a full blown disco right under my room outside my balcony. Now don’t get me wrong while I realise in house entertainment is required for the guests I cannot say how much I can’t believe how with the one and only requirement we would have liked was a quiet room. Disco , fireworks and very old compare and with the size of the hotel I think our requirements were totally ignored. So as I don’t think any complaints will be given much thought. I think the only thing I can do is never to return. Every day is a school day you live and learn. Room 262 Mr Robert McGregor

We stayed here for a week self catering 28th April, the hotel is centrally located, the hotel is a little dated but the hard working staff keep everything very clean and tidy. The reception staff are brilliant, in particular Dario. One particular night we had a small issue that was addressed by night security Alejandra, a lovely man who was quiet, reassuring and above all professional. We enjoyed this hotel so much, mainly because of their staff that we have booked to return within a month

Each time my wife and I have stayed at Galeon Playa we are made feel so welcome by ALL the staff who are helpful and polite at all times. It's location is perfect for us with beach shops restaurants and public transport within easy reach. Our daughter stayed with us for a week and was pleased with everything., There is evening entertainment if you wish and ample sun beds around the pools so there is no need to place towels to selfishly 'book them'. We chose to stay self catering as we prefer to explore eateries around the island, but occasionally we pay for dinner or breakfast which are very satisfying and good value . We have already booked our next stay at Galleon Playa which speaks for itself. This time we booked on their website and looking forward to another sun filled holiday.
T Gill
We have been coming here for the last 7 years and we love it. The staff are amazing the apartments are clean the breakfasts offer most things you would want. I would highly recommend here it’s the only place we go back to year after year. See you next month
Rachael Henry
(TL:DR at the end)Friendly staff, all so accommodating and welcoming! Can’t stress that enough! You are able to leave your luggage in the luggage room if you are too early to check in, and use the facilities, and they will text you when your room is ready which is great! I don’t think I’ve stayed a hotel that calls you when your room is ready ahead of the check in time.Room: There were 3 adults that stayed in a suite, which was great! Sadly not a seaview room, but rather a pool view, but actually that didn’t matter to us. Far better than we had expected, I believe they had gone through a renovation. It felt very modern. The shower is a little annoying. The shower ‘door’ only goes so far and there isn’t a close door, and when the shower was on full blast, some members of our party ended up using the room as a wet room! There were a few guests with mobility aids/scooters who managed to get around the hotel no problem, so no worries if you are worried about getting around the hotel.Rooms cleaning: The rooms are cleaned 2days and 4 days. 2 days the room is cleaned and new towels. And then every 4 days, replaced towels, and bedsheets. Weirdly we didn’t get anymore toilet roll on the 4th day, and we had run out so had to request some more.Location: Fantastic location, in between Jablillo and Cucharas beaches so you have your pick of restaurants and little holiday shops, and little supermarkets too.No aircon: previous reviews had mentioned you had to rent a fan, so we’d purchased a couple of small folded portable fans to bring with us. However, when we got to the room, there was a stand-up fan already in there which we used and worked for us (as well as the small fan’s we bought). We did keep the balcony door open but with the curtain closed, as it is very cool in the evening. And kept the front door and balcony door when coming in the room to get a bit of cold airflow to clear out the room when we would come back to the room. But safe to say the lack of aircon wasn’t an issue for us.Breakfast: The breakfast is pretty decent! Lots of variety of options, with friend eggs, omelettes and pancakes made fresh regularly. Sometimes the chef isn’t there manning the station so you may have to ask some of the staff to grab the chef for your omelette or more pancakes.Pool: The pool opens from 10am – 6pm. Reserving bed’s is frowned upon, but it seemed that people still did it, however there were always enough beds available. They are stacked up and you just grab the amount of beds that you need. We always found people waiting prior to 10am to get the beds out so it seems perhaps the timing the pool opens is really enforced. The pool was always busy. It says heated but I’m not sure about that ha! Although on the signs it mentions no lifeguard, there was a lifeguard there each day.Entertainment: We never made it back for this, however it always seemed busy when people were filtering out back to their rooms. It lasts for about an hour.TL;DR: It’s a great hotel, amazing friendly staff, great location, and don’t let the appearance put you off (as it almost did with us). Breakfast is good with variety, Would I stay here again? Yes as the staff is friendly and the room is spacious and modern.

Staff were amazing and very attentive, place was very clean. Food was good, some repetitive meals but overall very nice and great variety for all ages.. kids club reps were fabulous, very enthusiastic and friendly, went above and beyond. Entertainment was good, they had a mini disco every night from 2030-2100 then followed more entertainment. Location was good, took 10/15 mins to walk into town and to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great experience 😃
Cole
Absolutely loved our stay here. Food was well varied on the all inclusive. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. My 3 year old son had an absolutely amazing time. The facilities and activities for kids are brilliant. The animation team we're very fun and my little one loved the mini disco and kids pool. Room was very nice and clean. Short transfer from the airport. Location is a little bit out of the way into the main part of Costa Teguise but was less than €4 for a taxi each way, the hotel also offers free taxis there and back a few times a day. Not a terrible walk (10-15 minutes), and its possible to walk along the sea all the way into the main part of Costa Teguise which was very nice.Overall I would absolutely stay here again and we had a lovely time. Thank you very much to everyone at Vitalclass.
Tracy Tyson
The hotel was extremely good and the staff were brilliant. My only niggles was the €6 charge per session to use the indoor pool. I had not been made aware of this when booking and it was a very long walk (1.5 miles) to the town centre but these were minor details as everything else was perfect 👍
Sophia Limpens (Otaku #756)
We recently stayed at Vitalclass Teguise and had a great experience. When I booked I was worried it was too good to be true, you do hear all these horror stories about hotels not being finished etc but I needn't have worried. The staff were brilliant and always willing to help and advice (on buses, where to go etc), the rooms (lounge, kitchen , bathroom and bedroom) were lovely and clean, the breakfasts were glorious and the other meals were great too. The location was a bit further from the beaches than expected but it wasn't a problem. Wifi worked fine. We didn't use the sports equipment so i can't comment on that. I would rate my overall experience as five stars and we would love to return next year
nicola cox
First stay at this hotel. Just returned. Complex is clean and tidy and cleaning staff work very hard. Room clean and spacious but we did have a problem with cockroaches in our ground floor apartment. (Between 5/6 each night). We know this can be an issue so left lights on a night and this reduced the amount. Not a fault of hotel. No air conditioning which was a huge disappointment and very difficult to sleep at night. Unable to have windows open as near very busy road. Very limited items in the kitchen. No scissors or sharp knife, peeler grater etc.Food was a disappointment also. Limited choices and same food put back out. Luke warm and very limited children’s choices. Chips and plain pizza every lunch however.Biggest let down was the kid’s entertainment. Lots advertised but did not take place as stated. Mini disco lasted 10 mins each night. Late tea time for kids as well at 7pm. We have stayed at few hotels in the area and this was the poorest in relation to kid’s entertainment. I also did not like that the kids club window and side doors were accessible from the side of the busy road and not secure within the holiday complex. The kids pool is nice but next to a busy road.Long walk into resort centre especially with children so we had taxis a lot. Overall not what we had expected and would not recommend to others with children.

Okay stay for price but disappointing in multiple areas.Outdated rooms - chips on furniture - torn bottom of mattress / bed - all doors damaged on bottom edge - 4th floor has bits hanging from ceiling.Had an issue with a few ants in the wardrobe and bathroom. Whilst staying I heard that many others has similar issue. Not hoovered / see cleaned - found glass on the carpet which cut my friends foot. You have to pay for safe access at €3 a day.No water provided in the mini fridgeNo tea or coffee facilities in rooms - you have to pay for this.Lovely reception with beautiful plants.Good all inclusive selection - typical food selection and drinks okay but very sweet cocktails from a dispenser.Second bar that is open later has very dirty carpet that just looks dreadfulOne shop in hotel but others all closed down. No salon etc.Entertainment was okay but not great, good for children.Location was okay - 20 minute walk to any good shops, bars and restaurants

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the general hotel was clean and the food was above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were really, really dated but the views from the balcony made up for that. The entertainment was subpar but overall I think great value for money.
Billy McBain
Decent enough hotel for the money you pay. Firstly, the hotel location is at the top end of town, and is a wee walk into Costa Teguise. If you can't get about easily, maybe not the place for you. At this time, the hotel is looking tired and could do with a refurb. Furniture and fittings are starting to look old. Apart from this, rooms are OK. Rooms are cleaned daily. We went on a half board basis, and found the food to be totally fine. Breakfast is good, and included proper bacon and sausages. Dinner was decent enough, with a fair variety. If you are not all inclusive, you will be charged for drinks with the evening meal, which are pretty expensive.Pool areas are fine, with plenty sun loungers. Not a bad hotel in general.

This hotel made me think of an elegant old lady , it has all the makings of a deluxe place ,just a little old and tired.Rooms are big and beds are very comfy. Food is plentiful and suitable for all pallets.Staff are friendly. The spa is brilliant. The beach is a 20 minute walk which is lovely. We loved our stay there.
Astrid Mccabe
staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious beds comfortable. Bathrooms clean spacious although bit dated. no tea or coffee facilities and no mini bar. If you want bottle of water it's a vending machine and it's a hit or miss if it takes your money and doesn't accept card. We were half board so drinks extra which I found pricey at approx 8 euros. Location is a bit out of the way. Was here with mum who is waiting on a hip operation so felt restricted due to being a good 15 min brisk walk. Taxi cost approx 4 euros. Dinner was ok not great. Breakfast good choice. Entertainment hit or a miss. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds. Enjoyed my stay though.

We absolutely loved this hotel. From the second we entered the foyer we were greeted very warmly and with a glass of prosecco I might add. That was a first for me. They were so helpful and always available if you had any problems, of which we never had. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. X

Stayed here for a week in May. The location is superb as it is within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The place itself is nice although the walls in our room were really thin so you could hear everything. The bathroom in our room was clean but not particularly private as it had glass doors. There were two pool areas. They were both clean, and there were always sunbeds available for use. The pool bar had a large selection of drinks and really nice food. The bed was large and comfy, and there was a small fridge in the room. There was also a TV with a few English channels but not many. There is a restaurant onsite, but we didn't use it although it was always full when we walked past.
Emma Monaghan
Stayed here with my sister and we had a brilliant time.Hotel was very clean and rooms were really modern and nicely decorated with lovely views over the pool. Good location close to beach, nice walks, restaurants and bars. Pool area was lovely and quiet. We had a very relaxing time! Breakfast was delicious.

Amazing family friendly hotel! Great for families with young children. Loads to keep the kids amused!Rooms were a great size and had enough space for the full family.Cleanliness could be better, there were lots of ants in our room and across the worktops etc. lots of bugs in the soft play area for kids.Staff seemed friendly enough and the food was good.

Amazing hotel situated 25 minutes from airport and a short walk from Costa teguise Square, shops, bars, restaurants, aquarium and beach. Animation team are great with the kids, be sure NOT to miss the foam pool party, so much fun for everyone. Entertainment every evening. Food, great selection every lunch and evening. Staff are so professional and obliging. Mini golf, pool towel and safe all 10€ deposit. Lively bar 'cactus Jack's ' located out the back gate entrance of hotel, past the playground if you want a change of scenery. Beach is beautiful, huge crabs all over the rocks, really a sight to see, don't worry they scurry back into the cracks in rocks if you approach them. Water cold but you adjust fast. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the room is because the a/c smelt like sewage but lucky we didn't really need to put it on, I did complain but out room location was too good to want to move.Guest lovely, no trouble.Fab young family hotel.

Very good hotel with good sized clean rooms. There are two main pools: one busy with loud music and a pool bar which served a variety of drinks and snacks but did get very busy ; the other quieter with a smaller bar. The pools seemed to be salt water pools and did tend to get quite cold. They were also only open from until 6 in the afternoon which I thought was too early. The main restaurant is a good size and has a different theme every night (some a lot better than others). The food is okay sometimes cold and has a decent selection of different foods, however some of the food was nothing like you would hope it to be. Overall hygiene really good in the restaurant and all over the hotel. Service was amazing with really hardworking staff and animation team. The entertainment was good some nights not so much on others. The hotel has two good tennis courts, a football court, an arcade and pool tables. It is located two minutes away from a beach and a small shopping center. Overall a good experience with very good service and good amenities.

After 10 nights at this resort I feel confident with giving the resort a 3.7/5.Rooms: Rooms were well sized and fit for purpose, always clean after lunch. Unfortunately two single beds put together instead of just one big bed which is quite annoying because of the gap down the middle, for any couples thinking of going. But overall nice clean rooms. 4/5Service: Friendly staff and always helpful. 5/5Pools: Clean pools and relatively warm. If avoiding Schools holidays then lots of space and sun beds to choose from but during school holidays it can be difficult to get sun beds. 4/5Food: Good food but not a lot of variation which was probably the one thing that brings the rating of this place down for me. 3/5Entertainment: Although there is entertainment I found it to be limited and not that interesting. It lasts maybe 30 minutes. 3/5.

Went for a girls long weekend and was perfect for this occasion. Rooms were spacious and clean, lots to do at the hotel and good entertainment staff. Food was a different matter, mainly cold and over cooked with the staff looking as though they didn't want to be there. As the the evening entertainment, lots on offer but the room was very clinical with all the lights on, another guest described it as a poor man's working men's club 😂 Just a little tweak here and there and get a good chef in to sort out the food and it will make all the difference.

Was a wonderful stay for me and my partner who have had a not so good experience in hotels beforehand, the room is spacious with good facilities and even a hot tub on the balcony. The pool area is fantastic and quiet and perfect to chill especially with no kids around, some aspects in my opinion could do with improving. The food is very mediocre, nothing to rave about and some bits and pieces are bland such as the pizza they offer and some desserts. They do have a chef that can cook some things on request and have cool little areas to get food from that offer more range. I stayed half-board and had to pay for drinks but there is no way for the staff to differentiate between all inclusive guests and half board so most times people can just say they are on a all inclusive ( no wristband ). The hotel also has a spa and a gym and it’s close to some nice bars and restaurant in the area. All i can say is that I can’t complain more and we’ve had a wonderful stay and considering coming back.

Nice adults only hotel. Located in a great place close to the beach. We went All Inclusive so we didn’t pay for anything whilst there. Room was lovely but we had electricity problems where the fuse would go at least twice a day which the staff didn’t seem to understand despite us going down twice to try and sort out. Not a lot of food options at the buffet. Breeze pool bar and Champs was lovely, went to both every day for food. Pools are advertised at heated when booking through jet2 but they aren’t so just something to be aware of. Staff at restaurants are lovely.

Beautiful hotel with stunning pools, depending on the month it can be quite windy and the pools are cold but nevertheless beautiful. Being an adults only hotel it's really easy to relex around the pools as it's so peaceful. Our room had a hot tub inside which was amazing and the bed was huge and really comfortable. We visited the buffet for breakfast and dinner a couple of times, it had a nice variety. As with most buffets some parts were hit and miss depending on your preference. The hotel was kept very clean and staff were always friendly and happy to help. We had nice drinks in the hotel and some really great entertainment in Champs the sports bar.We would definitely stay here again.

In short;A very good standard of 4 Star hotel which was sadly short staffed in areas. Not quite deserving a four star review, but 3 stars seems a little mean. Has all the potential to be a really brilliant place to stay. The positives; The hotel is very well maintained. Our room, a junior suite with tub on the balcony, was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, we loved the selection of pillows. The pool area is beautiful, unfortunately it was too windy to sit out for half of our stay, and the pool a little too cold at this time of year, but that's not the hotel's fault. We nabbed sunbeds early in the morning. The large double beds are extremely comfortable. The gym area is well equipped, it's open to the elements which makes it pleasant at this time of year. The water circuit in the spa area is worth a visit. There's a dark cave pool with jacuzzi jets, various hot and cold jet showers, a sauna and a steam room. We had massages and they were really top quality. The breakfast buffet was very high quality and the selection is one of the best we have ever seen. The negatives; We wouldn't recommend all inclusive. We didn't feel we got the value for money when the service in all bars and restaurants was entirely too slow. The only exception to this was the evening buffet, where there was an abundance of staff to take drinks orders.I don't think it's acceptable to have only two waiters insisting on doing table service in a bar with well over 50 people there. You would regularly wait 15/20 minutes after sitting down to get your first order in, and then fight to get staffs attention for subsequent orders. The staff were visibly stressed by the crazy workload and at times were a little rude but we could see how tough the job was. We simply didn't get to use the service to our full advantage. This was the same for the Breeze Bar for lunch, Champs for lunch, and both the cocktail bar and Champs for evening drinks. Every single outlet needed double the bar and serving staff.
Chris Le Tissier
Great hotel. Food, both breakfast and dinner is great. Big choice, and the food was tasty. The only downside was the bathroom arrangements in the room.Sink alongside the bed. Toilet just flimsy glass door. Can hear everything if you know what I mean.Hot tub great. Some UK TV channels. Pool a bit on the cold side. Found beds ok even though some folk had towels there for hours and no sign of them.Cocktails in the pool bar are not so good, but in the B Lounge open in the evening, they were good.

Had a lovely stay at nazaret mansions. We stayed in a studio everything was fine nice comfortable bed the kitchen and bathroom area's were fine for what we needed and very clean. The staff were hard working and friendly. The breakfast was varied and the evening meals were fine. We tried the poolside bar and food and drink responsibly priced. The only downside is all the stairs no ramps or handrails so it's really difficult carrying suitcases up and down these stairs

Lovely apartment, with everything you need. Going to say top end of 3 star stay for sure. Gone self catering ourself but the restaurant looks nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful if you need to ask a question. Love Costa teguise and it's across the road from the square, bus stop just outside and a short walk to the beach. Everything you need isn't far for sure. With a choose of pools as well, there being 3, with one with a pool bar, they cleaned every morning. The public toilet, shower, laundry and bag lockers have been an added bonus for us unexpected and welcomed.I can't say a bad thing about this place.

Very well equipped apartments and the aircon/heating was a real bonus. Staff all very helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and thought it was good value for money and the pool bar was a lovely sun trap with great and friendly service. Towels changed every day and bins emptied and bed made but I would have liked a bit more cleaning done internally during our 2 weeks but the housekeepers are all very busy . Well placed apartments for getting out and about with the bus stop right outside. Recommended for a couples or family holiday.

Not long back from a fabulous week in Nazaret Apartments 25th April to 2nd May.From arrival, everything was perfect .We had a one bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed, loads of storage space, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer - everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The place is spotless and all staff are so efficient and friendly, particularly Laura and Elena at reception. The pool area is very well maintained and nice and peaceful. There are plenty of sunbeds .Near all amenities.Only small downside was there are no lifts so a bit difficult getting suitcases up the narrow stairwell.Loved it so much we have already booked to go back in winter for 3 weeks.

Here at present! Absolutely beautiful hotel. Food excellent. Location perfect, everything I could ask for in a 5 star!Suggestions for improvement: staff are fab except a few on the bar side who tend to be really slow or disappear for ages (pool bar) !! Also the bookingsystem for the gym !! I don’t always know when I feel like doing a workout?Otherwise a fab holiday and we’ll definitely return

The hotel is nice and majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were enjoying our stay and The Level service is excellent BUT we found cockroaches in our room in the night and telephoned reception straight away and asked for a room change but was declined and said we had to wait till the morning however that was too late as we were checking out in the morning. What made us even more upset is when we made a complaint to the hotel we was declined as we was told that we was offered a change of rooms but we declined which is a lie. This changed our experience from an enjoyable stay to a nightmare. We also had a problem with a leaky shower and for a room that costs €400 a night for the suites you don’t expect any issues.

Surely bar tenders - untrained. When I on two occasions ordered a Cognac VSOP heated it was poured over ice. Then he got the hump as though it was my fault. The gym area has been sub leased to a private company meaning the hotel guests are subjugated to an area with no air con , water that costs a euro and cramped conditions .The room service was poor - two weeks with the same pillow cases, telephone not working and staff forgetting to provide clean towels. As the hotel is closing for another revamp on the 8th of January to be rebranded as the luxury arm of the Melia chain I expect the prices to go up but the less than five star service to remain Gareth Davies posted a review three months ago and he was spot on everything he said

We stayed at the Melia Salinas from November 17th to December 1st 2022. This was our third stay at the hotel which had become one of our favourite places to holiday after previous excellent experiences. Our time at the hotel was wonderful and the staff couldn't do enough for us, even sending a bottle of champagne to our room on my wife's birthday. However, when we returned home we received a credit card statement and noticed the hotel had mistakenly taken 898 EURO from our card, when on checkout the hotel had confirmed there was nothing due to pay (and we were on All Inclusive). On contacting the hotel and informing them of the error we received no response which was disappointing and slightly distressing. We had to ask Tui to intervene and we then received a response saying they would look into it. The issue took over 3 weeks to resolve, and in the meantime, the exchange rate had altered leaving us £17 down. We had also raised a dispute with our credit card company which required us to print statements and send information via recorded delivery, which cost money. We ended up over £23 down financially, which the hotel has refused to pay back to us, despite this being their mistake. While this isn't a huge financial loss, the experience was stressful, and the lack of care and hospitality extended by the hotel after checkout is highly disappointing. This experience has spoilt what was a wonderful holiday, and despite us enjoying several holidays at this hotel, we will not be returning and would not recommend the hotel to others.
Mick
Beautiful hotel, rooms are spotless and very well serviced. Most of the staff are great but I’m afraid waiting 20mins for drinks is poor. The entertainment in the evening is great but only if you haven’t got a group of older very ignorant Germans talking/shouting all through the performance. The food was awesome, we were all inclusive and the variety of the buffets was impressive and changed everyday, unfortunately the staff in the dining room were poor, slow, inattentive and occasionally down right rude. There is no private beach so don’t be fooled with that. Is it a five star, I’d say no just because of the poor staff in the dining hall, the fact we had to constantly ask for the mini bar to be restocked and sometimes it never happened, the annoying habit of people reserving sun beds and never using them which was against hotel policy but wasn’t enforced but most of all it was the feeling of just not being pampered and being made to feel special like you should in a five star hotel. Shame because with a little more effort it could be. Nearly forget, the best part is the Adult Only feature, no kids, heaven.

All Inclusive Costa Teguise Breaks
All inclusive Costa Teguise holidays are perfect for anyone looking to spend a week or two relaxing in the sun, without having to worry about budgeting once you’re there. Going all inclusive is a great way to give your holiday that bit of extra sparkle!
The three wonderful beaches are the centre point of holidays to Costa Teguise. The largest is Las Cucharas, which is a magnificent, sweeping crescent of soft, white sand lapped by the impossibly blue waters of the Atlantic. El Jabillo is a smaller, pebbly beach and Los Charcos is a charming, secluded, sandy belt. With the wondrous views out over the ocean and long hours of golden sun, any of the beaches are the ideal place to lay back and relax in the holiday atmosphere. You may also wish to partake in some watersports during your stay; due to the warm breezes travelling in from the Sahara, Costa Teguise holidays are very popular with wind surfers but there are also facilities for scuba diving, sailing, jetskiing or deep sea fishing.
